The boat itself is accessed via a short walkway and has its own private deck on the shore with sun loungers and a wood-fired hot tub. Settle in here on sunny afternoons with a drink in hand gazing out over the water, before enjoying an indulgent soak in the hot tub as the stars come out above.

Walk across the pontoon and step into the boat, and you’ll find a delightful open-plan living area with a comfy sofa sitting opposite a wall-mounted Smart TV. This is an ideal spot to get comfy for a movie night or unwind with a good book whilst taking in the views through the sliding glass doors. These doors open up onto a little balcony, where you can enjoy an evening tipple in peace.

Back inside, the quaint kitchenette is ideal for preparing lovely meals during your stay and it has a Nespresso coffee machine for that all important first cup of the day. There’s also a quaint dining table and two super-comfy chairs, which set the scene for romantic evening meals.

When night falls, head to the lovely bedroom, where a unique four-poster iron bed sits next to yet more giant glass doors. Wake feeling refreshed and enjoy your first cuppa of the day in bed whilst taking in the view. You can also slide these doors open and step out onto another private balcony with yet more alfresco seating. A modern shower room completes the living space and features complimentary Temple Spa products.

The villa is also conveniently located near two picturesque fishing lakes, teeming with carp, tench, bream and more. Mill Lake is even stocked annually with trout, making it the perfect spot to cast a line and enjoy a peaceful day of fishing.
